hello, 

I am the founder and CEO of East Raleigh Doula Company, one of the top doula agencies in Raleigh, NC. I am also the founder and CEO of Triangle Birth Haven, a non-profit doula agency dedicated to serving mothers in low-income situations, women leaving domestic violence scenarios, teen moms, and more. ​

My passion for birth was founded from my own birth experiences; from one disempowering, high intervention, minimally educated birth to an incredible, empowering, physiological birth - I discovered my passion for helping women be equipped, informed and confident about their choices in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

In 2017, I began attending births for friends. In 2019, I decided that this is what I wanted to do for a living and became a trained and certified doula. After dabbling in the professional world of doula-ing for about a year, I decided I was to launch East Raleigh Doula Company at the end of 2020. At that time, my friend/doula and I worked together to make this dream come to fruition. Over the course of 5+ years, ERDC went from 2 birth doulas to 20+ doula agency providing birth support, postpartum support, fitness & recovery, placenta encapsulation, birth & postpartum education, infant feeding support and more.

In developing doulas on my team, I learned that I have a passion for training, empowering, and equipping DOULAS to carry on the vision of supporting women. That is why I am here, with you, now. I am here to help equip you to provide high quality doula support that helps educate, empower and equip moms to have positive birth and postpartum experiences.
